If you are looking for somewhere to hold a meeting, training course or private function we can offer the choice of 6 rooms. We can arrange for tea, coffee and biscuits to be made available.
The Boardroom
Modern and light, capable of seating up to 26 people. This room is equipped with an overhead projector, flipchart stand and interactive board.
If required, we can provide the use of a laptop computer.
Joyce McGuinness Room (Room 7)
The largest room that we have at present can easily accommodate up to 80 people. Available for conferences, presentations, larger meetings, keep-fit, dancing, kurling and other activities.
Room 8
This room can comfortably accommodate 12 - 15 people. Equipment needed for example; laptop, flipchart and stand etc, can be placed in all rooms at no extra charge.
Room 6
This room can comfortably accommodate 16 people. Equipment and refreshments can be provided.
Therapy Room
The smallest room for hire can accommodate 5 - 7 people and is ideal for small meetings.
Study Room
This room has 8 computers which are connected to the internet.

Office Space to Rent
If your organisation needs a permanent base and you offer a service that benefits the residents of North East Lincolnshire, the Resource Centre has office space available to rent at competitive rates. Contact us for further information regarding the size and cost of the rooms available.
Services available within the Centre include photocopying facility, meeting/conference rooms, cleaning service and more.
There is ample car parking and 24/7 security cameras for peace of mind.
